Haus started because Justin Feldstein couldn't find management good enough for his own short-term rentals in the Hudson Valley. So he built it: the manager he'd hire for his own portfolio.
He still owns and rents his own homes here, under the same pricing, the same cleaners, and the same standards every Haus owner gets. When we say we treat your house like our own, it's because ours are on the same spreadsheet.
